Cheating Husbands – YOU ARE NOT ALONE

So I am fortunate enough to have tivo and I just got around to watching the new premier of the show TRAMA, which comes on Monday night.  Of course, they have a character that had an affair (the black guy on the show, can’t remember his name).  The scene was basically the wife asking him why he is coming home late, he told her it was work, and she asked to see his phone to verify.  The thing that got me about that is does that ever end after you have experienced an affair with your mate?  I am talking about the questioning thing.  The minute my husband goes somewhere and doesn’t answer his phone, I get a pit in my stomach because I think he is cheating, even if it is for a second.  Does that pit ever go away?  If you get a divorce and find someone new, do you still get that pit?  What makes matters worse is that the show goes on to see the same man flirting with a girl…….grr!!!   Is there no hope!!  They basically are sending a message that once a cheat always a cheat!!  Or maybe I am just way too sensitive since experiencing my own husband cheating. Infidelity really messes u up, your whole perspective on life is different, and I am not sure if the new me is a good thing or not.  On one hand, I am less naïve, on the other hand, I am more into ‘me’.  On one hand, I am more efficient, on the other hand, I am a little more angry.  End the end, I know that all things happen for a reason and I am praying that the reason is for be to be a better person and to help others in a similar situation not feel so alone…..Have a great night ladies…..
